At Capernaum life
We work with young people who haven’t had a fair deal.
We commence our pathway planning at the age of 16 where possible. Our aim is to provide clear guidance to young people and their current care provider to enable a safe, considered and planned move into our provision.

Our principles of practice are to ensure that all young people are treated on an individual basis with a key focus on their emotional and physical wellbeing within a safe environment. We offer significant support to young people to allow them to maintain or get back into education and work.

All our young people are afforded respect, honesty and knowledge to develop safe relationships and a clear planned pathway. Our staff give practical guidance, emotional support and innovative and inspiring approaches to ensure the best possible outcomes through transition into independence.

Making a referral to us is easy

We operate an open door policy to anyone who might be interested in our services. We welcome both authority funded and private placements.
